This policy applies to sarja.in, the SARJA website operated by Sandeep Agro Works. It explains what information we receive when you inquire about implements or spare parts, how we use it, and how to contact us.
1. Information we receive
- Spare parts inquiries: your name, mobile number, village or city, taluka, district, implement and model, part description, dimensions or reference numbers, selected photos and the quantity required for each photo.
- Product and dealership inquiries: the name, location, implement, tractor or business details and message you enter. These details are included in a prepared WhatsApp message.
- Website visits: pages viewed, visit timing, device and browser type, traffic source and approximate region. Technical records may also be generated to operate the website and prevent abuse.
Fields marked as required are needed to handle an inquiry. Other details are optional. You can browse product information without submitting an inquiry.
2. Why we use this information
We use inquiry information to identify a suitable implement or spare part, provide prices and availability, answer questions and contact you about the inquiry. We use visit statistics to improve the website and technical records to investigate security issues and errors.
3. Spare parts photos and email
When you submit a spare parts inquiry, your details, photos and quantities are emailed to sarjaspares@gmail.com. The email subject also includes your mobile number and inquiry reference.
Large photos may be compressed before upload, and a quantity label may be added to each photo. An emailed photo may therefore differ from the original file in size or resolution. Send only necessary photos of the part. Do not include identity documents, banking details or unnecessary personal information about other people.
The temporary photo copies on the website server are cleaned up after the email process finishes. The sent email and its photos remain in the business mailbox. Inquiry photos are not automatically added to the website's public product gallery.
4. WhatsApp communication
After a spare parts email inquiry is accepted, a prepared message containing the inquiry reference and related details opens for our WhatsApp number 88883 33373. Product and dealership inquiry buttons also open a message containing the details entered. You must press Send in WhatsApp to send the message.
Opening WhatsApp passes the prepared message details to that service through its link. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to subsequent use and message storage.
5. Visitor statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit sarja.in and which pages they view. This may use cookies and device-related identifiers. A cookie is a small item of information stored in your browser.
Our Analytics integration is not configured to send inquiry names, mobile numbers, messages or photos. Query parameters are removed from the page addresses sent for measurement, and advertising personalisation signals are disabled. This integration is limited to the main website and does not add Analytics to erp.sarja.in.
You can block or clear cookies using your browser settings. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on, although it is not available for every browser. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.
6. External services and recipients
We use services including GoDaddy and Cloudflare for website operation, Google/Gmail for email, Google Analytics for statistics and WhatsApp for communication. When an embedded Google Map loads, Google may receive information about your device and connection. These services may process information on servers outside India.
Relevant information may be available to authorised people handling inquiries and necessary service providers. Information may also need to be disclosed to authorities when required by law. We do not use customer inquiry information for sale.
7. How long information remains
Inquiry emails, photos and related conversations may remain in business mailboxes or messaging services. Retention varies according to the inquiry, related transactions, service, complaints and applicable record-keeping needs. Inquiry emails are not currently deleted automatically after a fixed number of days.
Some temporary website records used to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions are used for short periods. Email, messaging, backups and external services may have different retention periods.
8. Reviewing, correcting or removing your information
Contact us below to ask about your inquiry information, request a correction or removal, stop further related contact, or raise a privacy concern. Include the inquiry reference and the mobile number used for the inquiry where possible. We may need to verify that the request comes from the appropriate person.
We will review the available records and applicable requirements and respond. Certain records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons. We cannot guarantee immediate removal of copies already held by external services or in backups. Withdrawing permission to use information may prevent us from completing an inquiry or service.
9. Security
The website uses HTTPS connections, file checks and measures to prevent inquiry abuse. No internet system is entirely risk-free. Do not enter passwords, OTPs or confidential payment information in an inquiry form.
10. Children
This website is intended for adult customers interested in agricultural implements and business inquiries. Anyone under 18 should contact us with help from a parent or guardian. Please tell us if a child's personal information has been sent unnecessarily.
